Volunteer Bio

Short description of your Star volunteer’s contributions and accomplishments. For example, what is their role / title? What did they do that stood out from the other volunteers? What kind of impact did they have on your organization / clients? (4 sentences max). Will be printed in our program.

If the Star Volunteer can't attend, this person will attend to accept the award on their behalf. This should be the Executive Director or Board President, if possible.
